Disappointed
Rude staff at check-in, cool area and great room. The balconies are very nice and there is a lot to do and eat in the area. The staff could not be bothered to acknowledge my existence when I arrived.
Il be back to Rotterdam again soon with family but I'll take my business elsewhere.
Great hotel for great price
We go to mama Mia the party. Room small but ok, bed very good, bathroom more then ok, breskfast excellent. Very Nice staff and members.
Free upgrade with room with balcony. For EUR 100 with tax and breakfast the best choise. In 8 min with Uber (ca. eur 10) at location Mama Mia. Next door cocktail bar great for an early or late drink.
Comfortable but basic
Comfortable but basic. No tea or milk in the room. No bar service in the evening. Breakfast basic. No preserves offered with toast or croissants (which were cold) convenient location close to cafes and shops. Quiet area. Pleasant staff. Balcony not very inviting
