How do I know if the hotel is disabled-friendly?

Unfortunately Savoy Hotel Rotterdam doesn't have disabled-friendly facilities.

I don't have a creditcard. How can I make a reservation?

If you don't have a creditcard you can make a reservation by phone or e-mail.

Is there (free) Wi-Fi in the hotel?

Throughout the hotel, we offer free Wi-Fi. So no matter if you are in your room, in our lobby or in our restaurant, you will have free connection everywhere.

Can I pay securely online?

You pay securely with credit card or IDEAL via our secure payment link when making your booking online.

Why do I receive a payment request by email?

When you have made a reservation that requires advance payment, you will receive an email from us with a payment link. When the payment is made, your reservation is confirmed immediately! Click here for more information.

May I bring my pet along to the hotel?

Although we really like dogs, cats and rabbits, we like to be considerate to everyone. Unfortunately, your pet is not allowed to sleep in our hotel.

Can I dine at the hotel?

At Savoy Local you can count on an honest and fresh breakfast every day, according to the Dutch Cuisine guidelines. A great start of the day with fresh, healthy and local products! For a tasty lunch and delicious snacks you've also come to the right place. Slide into our cozy lounge or settle down on the sunny terrace.For dinner we are surrounded by restaurants with diverse cuisines. We gladly share our dining tips with you.  


What is the difference between a 'twin-bed' and a 'double-bed'?

A 'twin-bed' has two seperate bed parts, a 'double-bed' is a bed for two persons.

Can I rent a bike at Savoy Hotel Rotterdam?

We have children. Is it possible to put an extra bed in the room?

There are special family rooms available at the hotel. You can make a reservation by phone or e-mail.

Can I change or cancel my reservation online?

You can change or cancel your reservation through this page. To change or cancel your cancellation we will ask for the e-mail adress that you used to make the reservation and the reservation number. You can find your reservation number in the reservation confirmation.

Can I park at the hotel?

Public (paid) parking is available across the hotel in parking garage ‘de Kiphof’ (Kipstraat 177). Check the Location and Practical Information pages for the latest parking information and prices. 

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in at Savoy Hotel Rotterdam is possible from 15:00. Check out is possible until 12:00.

As of what age can I book a room?

Eden Hotels has clear conditions for making a reservation and minimum age. You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking and stay at our hotels without a parent or guardian.

Which measures is the hotel taking regarding COVID-19?

The health and well-being of our guests and colleagues is our main priority. Now and always. That's why we welcome guests in an appropriate manner and in accordance with all regulations of the Dutch government and RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment). To guarantee the safety in our hotels we have put together some “house rules”, making sure you will have a completely carefree and enjoyable stay. You can find them here.

Can I book several rooms at once?

Of course you can. From 8 rooms or more belonging to one group, booked separately or through one group reservation, special group conditions always apply. Please contact the hotel's reservation department to agree on these, so that there are no surprises.
